0700 Non Toll Free Phone Numbers

Our Non-Toll-Free service is a cost effective business tool for branding and brand visibility. A caller to this number pays for the call.

This is a service platform whereby anyone who places a call to that vanity number that begins with 0700 is billed by his parent network operator.

Prepaid users are billed automatically by network operators.
Postpaid users are billed at the end of every month by their network operators.

Non Toll-Free Numbering follows the format 0700COMPANY NAME/SERVICE/PRODUCT. For example 0700PETTYPAY, 0700ALPHATECH, 0700ALPHACARE etc. provides your company with the dual advantage of branding and corporate image and makes you stand-out of the crowd and closer to your customers/clients every time, everywhere.

0800 Toll Free Phone Numbers

0800Number is the internationally recognized cross network toll free number that cuts across all operators.

Though network operators can provide intra-network toll-free service to their individual customer base, only a licensed cross network provider can render inter-network toll-free service. This is what ALPHA provides.

A call to a 0800-TOLL FREE number is free to all telecoms subscribers in Nigeria.


It is expected to encourage more calls to the company which should translate to more profit. The service is ideal for customer service oriented businesses, emergency management or call center operations.

Subscription Fee

Single Line:  = N=26,250 (per line/per annum)

Multiple Lines:= N=52,500 (First two lines/annum)

More Lines = N=21,000 (Additional per line)

In addition to the subscription fee indicated above, the subscriber will make a deposit with Alpha Technologies Limited. Cost of calls to be received on 0800(Toll-Free) Numbers shall be borne by the subscriber and will be defrayed from this deposit.

Deposit for 0800 Toll-Free service is as stated below.

Monthly Reconciliation

Subscriber is entitled to a monthly Call Detail Record (CDR) of all calls received.
A detailed itemized statement will be provided electronically via email to the subscriber at the end of each month. The monthly consumption will be deducted from the deposit or balance on a monthly basis. Un-utilized balances will be rolled over to the subsequent month.

The Minimum Threshold

The minimum threshold for toll-free service is twice the cost of the previous month’s invoice. The subscriber will be notified as soon as the threshold is reached with an advice for a re-injection of funds to meet the original deposit level. Subscribers on Toll-free service are required to replenish their balance as and when due to ensure uninterrupted service.
The switch will automatically send a notification advice when the balance reach 50% consumption, 25% consumption and when the deposit is exhausted and disconnection advice before the service will be disconnected. The service will not be restored until payment is made.

Service Level Agreement

All subscribers to 0800 toll free numbers must sign a Service Level Agreement before the number is activated.


In an attempt to complete the cycle of branding your services, we have decided to activate the outbound calling feature that will show your 0700/0800 customized number (eg: 0700 CALLALPHA) as the caller ID when you call a customer or business. The outbound calling feature also enables you to make outbound calls with your 0800/0700 number at a very cheap rate compared to the higher call tariffs of other network operators. Your customer can see your number and recognize your brand. In the event of a missed call from you, customers can always recognize your specific branded number and return the call.

ALPHA IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

The IVR is an auto-receptionist service that helps direct a caller to a specific department, product, service or menu selection using a telephone keypad. For example, “Press ‘1’ for Sales; Press ‘2’ for Accounts; Press ‘3’ for Technical Support, and so on. The IVR is ideally suited for businesses of all sizes, capacities and reach. Small, medium and large sized enterprises have the added advantage of appearing more sophisticated to their clientele who are taken through the telephone menu options in a standardized and professional manner.


ALPHA PBX is a cloud-based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system that allows enterprises complete their 0700 and 0800 branding through the inclusion of inbound and outbound calls to their portfolio. The system is suitable for businesses of different classes and is cost efficient and robust.

Our Conference Bridge service provides a platform for 20 or more people from different locations and on different networks (either fixed, mobile or fixed wireless) to engage in an audio conference at the same time.
An audio conference of this nature prevents the need to assemble participants in the same locality or conference room thereby saving time and travel cost.

This provides the ability for anybody to set up a free conference of up to 20 people from anywhere and any network by dialling 0700 0000 707 and following the voice prompt. A subscriber outside Nigeria wishing to set up or participate in this conference will dial +234-700-000-0707


The person setting up the conference will choose a conference ID Number and a PIN for the group participating, and propagate them to all participants before time. At the chosen time, all the participants will dial the general conference number and follow the voice prompts. However participants on pay–as–you-go can fall out of the conference once they exhaust their credit.

The support and assistance of the ALPHA technical team is not required, by the group, to set up a conference anytime they desire.


This provides the ability to host conference calls in your own dedicated virtual conference room. The customer registers or subscribes to a personalized 0700 Non-Toll-free conference bridge vanity number of their choice. They pay the required annual subscription and the conference resource is dedicated to them only. E.g. 0700 NECONDE


Choose the preferable conference ID number and PIN. For example, the conference ID number is 111 and PIN is 123)
Distribute the conference ID number and PIN to the participants
Dial the dedicated conference number
There is a voice prompt. Follow the voice prompt. Input the conference ID number followed by the #key and the conference PIN number followed by the #key.
Join the conference
The participants on pay–as–you-go can fall out of the conference once they exhaust their credit.


It provides the ability to host conference calls in your own dedicated conference room. The customer registers or subscribes to a personalized 0800 Toll-free conference bridge vanity number of their choice. They pay the required annual subscription and toll-free deposit.

A service level agreement between ALPHA and the customer is signed. ALPHA provides a Conference number, Conference ID and a PIN number for the participants. The customer is entitled to monthly Invoices and Calls Detail Records (CDRs).

There is no way any participant can drop out of the conference because all calls are free except if the toll-free deposit paid has been exhausted.

The conference can also be recorded on request for a fee. The group can set up a conference anytime they desire

Individuals participating in the conference under this platform are not charged by their operators.
A customer of this service makes a deposit to ALPHA.
No participant can fall out of the conference. Calls by participants are free of charge from their operators.
The conference can end abruptly when the toll-free deposit paid by the company that subscribed is exhausted.
The set-up under this platform is by the ALPHA technical team. Alpha provides a conference ID number and a PIN number for the participants.
The customer is entitled to Calls Detail Records (CDRs).
Distribute the conference ID number and PIN number given by ALPHA to the participants.
Dial the dedicated conference number.
There is a voice prompt. Follow the voice prompt. Enter the conference ID number followed by the #key and the conference PIN number followed by the #key.

ALPHA IVM (Integrated Voice Messaging)

The IVM is a system that allows customers to record a professional message or company promotion that will be used as the ring tone every time the customer’s vanity number is called. The recording should not exceed 60 minutes in duration and will ideally be suited to the vision of the company seeking the service. Like the IVR, the IVM helps small, medium and large sized enterprises appear sophisticated and trustworthy to their clientele.
